Our Focus
In early 2023, we embarked on a year-long journey with Dunskey Estate, aiming to diversify their social media presence and attract more company retreats. Our strategy had two key pillars as follows.
Content diversification
We knew Dunskey had to cater to a wider audience than just future grooms and brides. We proposed a monthly content calendar featuring captivating group retreat snapshots, insightful "behind the scenes" stories showcasing staff and vendors, and human-centric content that resonated with a corporate audience without losing its charm.
Maintaining organic follower growth through reels
Recognizing the power of short-form video, we shifted the focus towards engaging Reels. While maintaining Dunskey's unique brand aesthetic, we embraced trending formats without compromising their voice. This strategic blend resulted in increased engagement and organic follower growth, propelling Dunskey towards their retreat booking goals.

Our Focus
Catsky's TikTok success brought a loyal fanbase, but rapid growth exposed challenges. With weak brand guidelines, they struggled to differentiate from budget competitors. Over-reliance on TikTok limited reach, hindering traffic to their e-commerce website. Finally, the absence of affiliate networks restricted sales potential. We joined Catsky to help them refine their brand, expand to new platforms, and build a robust affiliate network – all while keeping the Gen Z magic alive.
We helped them reinforce their positioning as a fun and playful brand through social media, using eye-catching cartoony visuals and developing mascots that are inspired by their widely supported voluntary foster works. Here are some examples from the social media guidelines that we created for the brand
Catsky craved to expand their iconic "banh trang combo" beyond the south. Budget-conscious, we paired 2 mega-foodie influencers, Hanoi's hottest tastemakers, with 30 local nano-micro creators, amplifying reach without breaking the bank. The strategy hit the mark! A viral video by one mega-influencer racked up 7 million views, skyrocketing brand awareness in the north. Monthly sales doubled, proving this snack attack was a recipe for succes

Our Focus
Stepping into Un-Available's shoes, some of our team became their in-house marketing crew. From scratch, we tackled the essentials: crafting fresh marketing materials, establishing social media frameworks, and engaging key audiences like designers and brand owners on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Challenges? Plenty. A small team, starting fresh, and lacking inspirational examples – manufacturing brands rarely shine on social media. But we embraced the opportunity! We built a strong foundation, setting the stage for Un-Available to tell their unique sustainability story and connect with the communities that matter most.
Crafting Un-Available's social media presence, we didn't just build profiles, we built bridges. Our content pillars focused on sustainability as the core narrative, showcasing their impressive manufacturing capacity, curated collections, and the talented team behind it all. We balanced industry news with company updates, sprinkling in human stories for that added emotional touch.
But aesthetics mattered too. Minimalism reigned supreme, conveying a high-end vibe that distanced Un-Available from the "factory" image. Instead, we painted them as a sustainability-driven partner, a haven for conscious fashion creators. Though our time was limited, we laid a strong foundation, ready for Un-Available to weave their unique story and connect with future partners on a deeper level.
